107 years of experience (and another 45 year member just out of the photo) watching and coaching some of the newer members on roof ventilation during a recent training.
As we approach the upcoming summer months and school graduations, now is the time to get a head start on a great career in firefighting and rescue work. You can become a volunteer with your local fire company and learn the skills you need to serve your community and also begin a career in the fire or emergency medical services if that is what you are striving for.
We are always looking for members who want to learn from some experienced firefighters and who are willing to dedicate themselves to protecting our communities. Every volunteer fire station can use more help.
Stop by our station some Tuesday evening and see what it is all about. Talk to some members, watch our social media sites and see what we do day in and day out. We cannot provide the professional volunteer fire and rescue services that we provide without the members who turn out to respond to calls and train for those emergencies.
